I did a search, and have come up with nothing. I have a sprint 8330 with 4.3 and want to use a stereo headset to listen to my stored music. everything i have read on here says my 8330 supports the AD2P so I just purchased a planitronics Voyager 855 that supports AD2P but cant get it to work. I have paired the headset and making and receiving calls are no problem, just cant get the music. when I click the magic bb button there is no option to connect using bluetooth. can anyone shed some light on this?

ya, it seems that sprint is the issue most of the time. that seems unusual that sprint would tell you there is a free software to download. I would be interested in finding out more....thanks

Why not just download the 4.5 OS for the Sprint Curve?

if anyone is interested, the headset was packaged wrong, and there was a
815 instead of 855. they look exactly the same, but the 815 does not support AD2P profiles.

Key thing is that single piece headsets generally do no support music playback.
