Ok after i uploaded my new OS, I cant find the "Internet Browser", I see wi-fi browser and tzones are the only two i can set as default browser.

Do I have to resend my servcie books?

Yeah try resending the service books after you make sure the icon isnt hidden.

icon was never hidden, just the option of the internet browser. tzones and wifi was there.
