Man I was hopin octoberish. Oh well gonna be hard to not jump for the odin/storm 2. But I absolutly love my curve so I am just assuming the 8530 will be worth the wait

Depends on what your into. Touch screen or not.
Remember the tour is tried and tested and has been fixed. When the storm2 comes out it will have a never been used before click technology and I have a funny feeling it will have its early release probs as well.

I'll be looking at the S2. Tried the Tour, and it wasn't for me.
Both the Tour and S2 share a screen resolution of 480x360, but the Tour's screen is half the physical size of the Storm's. What does this mean? That text, images, and icons on the Tour's display are very small.
What about the lack of a keyboard you ask? The keyboard was the thing I liked least about the Tour, so I am going to try the S2 out. Or maybe the Motorola Sholes running Android.
