This phone is not old at all. It gets pictures straight in the text instead of a link and all. I can send pictures, voice, and video and the people I send it to get them fine. But I when I receive a video it doesn't play in the text, and when I save it and try to play it in the player I get the message "An Error has occurred attempting to play media". I thought the newer 8330s and the updated ones were suppose to be able to view pics,voice,and video straight from in the text?! Or At least in the player I would be find with that also.

Any Suggestions to whats wrong or whatever?

I use picmail and videomail a lot and if I can't receive video then I might as well go back to my Treo 755p that at least could.
