Alright, I've had my 8330 for a couple months now and ever since I got it I noticed something wrong with the "volume down" button. You know how when you press the volume buttons on the side you can feel a little bit of a click (exactly as a button should operate)? Well, the "volume up" button is fine but when I press on the volume down side I can't feel it "click." It works fine (i.e. the volume goes down) but I just don't get that touch feedback. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Is there some part under the button that may be damaged that I could easily replace? Thanks in advance.
Use a can of compressed air and give your BB a little shot near the button. It's possible that some dust collected behind the button. I did this with a trackball problem I had and now it works better than new.
