I have an 8330 and the ringer isn't working. Anyone have any ideas

What kind of apps do you have installed on your phone? And try pulling the battery on the phone. If that does not work than you may need to do a hardreset or reinstall the firmware on your phone.

Before doing all of that first check your profiles to make sure it is set to ring.
