I would like to know how i go about reinstalling the 4.3 os on my bb.I want to do this because i keep having problems with phone like--calls going to vm without showing up on call log,people not receiving my text msgs,people not hearing me when i call them or me not hearing them,etc.Will reinstalling 4.3 help this problem?I see i can dl it right from vz site.Phone is about 2months old bought brand new from vz web site.I want to try to fix it myself before going back to store and waiting on lines.
make sure you delete the old os from your computer under the control panel then download the new one, hook up to dm and it should prompt you to downgrade
