I just got my new 8330 curve and it synced with my outlook using intellisync perfectly for about a week. Now when I plug it in the autosync fails and gives me the error message: An error has occurred. Error 0x8004fd28. See documentation.

I looked in my manual but can find nothing of this nature in there.
Does anyone have similar errors or advice on how to solve this problem?

my 8330 won't synch or charge. i tried a hard reset by taking out the battery but it ain't workin'

i'll see if the car charger works. i might be off to verizon for some serious help.
