Got a bit of a problem with my Curve 8330. When I first got this smartphone, after a while of not checking in on it, I noticed I had received several new messages. I find it practical that at the top of the screen, there is a message notification which tells me exactly how many new text messages & emails I have received.
Recently, I have noticed that I still get the little message notification at the top of the screen. Although, I no longer get that little number beside it letting me know exactly how many new text messages & emails I have unopened/received.
Anyone know how to get that little number to come back?
Open your inbox, then hit the blackberry key and go to Options. Under General Options, make sure "Display Message Count" is set to "Unread" not "None".
