    I cant get my mass storage mode to prompt when plugged into the usb port. I've gone into options-media card. Media Card Support is ON. Encrypt mode is NONE. Mass Storage Mode is ON. Ive tryed Everything in Auto Enable mode still nothing. I know the usb cable is good because desktop manager is recognizing the pin #. I have had an 8130 for about a year it will prompt mass storage mode with no problems. I also didn't receive a disk with my 8330 could this be the problem.

    If Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode is set to Yes then there won't be a prompt.

    If it's set to Prompt then there will be a prompt.

    The way your post is worded, this is what I think your question is.

    Even with it in prompt mode it will not prompt.
