Can I replace my keyboard on this phone? I have a problem with my G button. It doesn't always work.

You can certainly replace the keypad, but the microswitch that senses the keypress is on the main circuitboard. Is your BB less than 12 months old? If it is, a warranty replacement may be an option you might consider.

If don't have insurance or warranty on your phone you can try to find a keyboard PBC

Refurbished phones should have a 90 day minimum warranty.

They will most certainly provide another replacement. Just give tech support a call, or stop in a VZW store that has an onsite tech.
