    I had no trouble with my month-old 8330 until last night. I plugged it in to synch and it gets stuck on "Calling Add-ins". Then I try to "cancel" and it won't. I have to go into Task Manager and force it to quit. The device shows it's connected. I have DM4.3.0.17. I've tried removing the battery for 30 secs. while the phone is on and also re-booting the computer (twice). Problem is not addressed in troubleshooting under Help. I did use Companion Link to set it up originally since I synch with my ACT database, if that matters.
