i was removing an app when my phone went dead with a flashing red led light. I've removed the battery and waited. It has no water damage. don't know what to do does anyone have any advise?

I don't know what you did but you need to reinstall your OS. If you have desktop manager (DM). This is what I did when mine was like that. Make sure you have the newest OS downloaded to your pc. Connect your bb to usb with the battery out! Open DM. Put your battery in. Run app loader to install OS. It will take a while so be patient. Hope you frequently backed your BB up so you didn't lose your contacts. Get in that habit. Hope this helps. Good luck.

May I please ask, what would you do if a BB doesn't even flash its light? Lets say it just acts dead...

i tried it all and it turns out that my computer wont even connect to my phone. I'm at a loss =( thank you anyway
