Everytime i open my camera to try to take a picture it pops up with this message...could not start the camera.close other applications and try opening the camera again.....any help??

Try a battery pull, with the phone ON, take the battery out, wait about 30 seconds, replace.

also take the back cover off and clean the lens and camera equipment with a q-tip. its most likely caused by dirt
