I'm looking to buy an 8320 for T-Mobile and if I get one, I know I'm gonna get a hot pink housing for it. How difficult is it to change out the housing?
Thanks!!

I swapped out my housing today, don't over tighten the screws, be careful when popping off the clip at the bottom and make sure you have the correct tools, otherwise, wasn't an issue.
You need:
A Small flathead screwdriver, pretty much the size you would use to repair a set of glasses.
A case removal tool.
A Torx tool, I don't have my screwdrivers with me to give you the size.
Once you remove the screws and get the clip at the bottom off it's not too tough, be cautious, you don't want to break the clip at the bottom.
Are you getting a new phone? If so, wil replacing the case void your warranty?
Anyway, you need a T5 & T6 torx screwdriver, and a case opening tool (or guitar pick will work). Get them from wherever you purchase your case. Good luck and have fun.
i was trying to replace the keyboard from 8320 to a black on grey keyboard (8330) and had those glasses repair but it wouldnt catch the screws... and whats the case removal kit?
Nygmen, you need Torx screwdrivers for the case screws. T5 for the ones at the top, and T6 for the ones at the bottom.
The case removal kit just has the Torx screwdrivers and a case spreader tool. It's just a plastic tool used to pry the front and rear case apart. As mentioned, something plastic and thin, like a guitar pick can be substituted.

[QUOTE=tonkscullen;1993914]Thanks so much! I don't wanna completely ef up my new phone once I get it, so I'm kinda nervous. Maybe I can pay someone to do it for me lol.
Nah, it's really not any harder than shaving, no reason to get uptight. Just take it easy and it'll be a breeze.
