my 8320 is not able to read battery . all the pins are intact. i have tried four different newly charged batteries. only thing that happens is it turns on and after turning on says " battery drained. shutting down handheld". it will stay on once its plugged in to power source with the battery in it. but unable to use it due to radio being off because of low battery . tried installing new os software that didnt seem to work . someone please help??!?!!!?!
