When I go into the address book on this 8320 and press down the trackball on a contact, it makes a phone call straight away. On all other devices I have, it should go into the contact details to display phone numbers, email address's, PIN number etc.
Does anyone have any idea's why this could be doing this? I might eventually wipe the device and re activate it but there is no guarantee that this will even work.
I have a workaround by pressing the menu button and selecting view. I just don't understand why it is this one phone that doesn't work this way.
I have an 8310 with me and when I press the trackball on a highlighted contact in the address book, it takes me into the details of the contact. I don't think it is right that pressing the trackball takes you straight into a call with that contact.
