my bb came up with a battery icon with a slash thru it i tried a different bat (actualy i tried 3) and it wont work i have read on here and i know that i need to wipe my so and reload it well i tried every way that i can find on here and no luck the phone is a refurbished phone from att and they are no $$$$ing help so if anyone has an idea in the area please let me know i have an addiction and i need a fix

cant really tell by what you said, did you wipe it and reload the OS already?

Did it have any numbers with it? Search for jl commander on cb and reinstall your os.
