Okay, so I currently have the latest OS installed on my 8310 Curve and it works great. However, my girlfriend got antsy before I could install hers for her; and tried to do it herself. (BIG mistake)
she unplugged the phone and removed the SIM card while it was loading software.....
now her phone is completely blank, and the LED indicator will blink red twice every so often
I tried to run Desktop Manager but it wont recognize the phone or its PIN....which means I can't get it to update
I desperately need help to fix this before she wigs out, thanks sooo much in advance guys/girls.
