I have a 8310 that belons to one of our users. when he deletes emails on his device the message deletes from his outlook inbox even if he chooses to delete on hand held only option.
I have wipped the device and relaoded the os. He has been removed and readded to the bes then reactivated. The bb continues to always delete the email from his outlook even though settings are set to dleted on handheld only.
Any suggestions.
you said they are using BES not BIS right? hmm i have no clue on a BES, if it were BIS i was going to suggest going to the BIS site and leaving a copy of the message on the server. when the messages are deleted from outlook, do they dissapear from the main email server as well?
