    Hi,

since yesterday i have a biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig !!! problem.
My BB 8310 Curve from T-Mobile only shows a white screen and the hourglass.
In the morning i worked; than i connected the Bb with the desktopmanger and then i had the "white-screen"
I have the newest Version on my BB; 4.2 something and have the 4.3 Desktop manager.
I pulled the Batterie (for about 30 Minutes) I did a soft reset; a soft-soft reset.
    Nothing works.
In talked to rim and t-mobile but they couldnt help till today.
I got a tip to put the 8310 at the usb kabel without the batterie but that didnt help either.
    Has anybody got a clue.
I am getting nuts; and otherwise have to give the 8310 back.
    Thanks in advance greetings Andy

Don't know if this is a problem with it or not, but.

Try looking for the... I installed the wrong OS on my berry, now all I have is the white screen.

They show a way to actually delete and reinstall the correct OS.

I am not in anyway saying you did this, just thought that maybe that would help if need be.

I want to say it is located in the thread with the new OS or something to that effect... Anyone?

Sounds like a nuked BB. Go to Blackberry 101 Lessons on Crackberry and read Lesson 12 on reloading your operating system
