Hi.
My Blackberry Curve's buttons have not worked at all. The keyboard doesn't work, the side buttons do not work, and the trackball does not work. I did the "battery pull out and wait for 30 secs" method and it did not work, I felt like it would be a software problem because none of the buttons are working, not just certain ones. I wiped the phone with CrackUtil and reinstalled the OS. The phone turned on and the setup screen came up. and STILL none of the buttons work. Can anyone tell me what I could do to fix my phone? I feel like Ive tried everything.

you are going to have to go to a store or call CSR to get it replaced.

Sounds like moisture damage on the keyboard.
