I have had a new 8310 since Sunday, and it has begun to act a bit crazy. Whenever I attempt to reply to and email, the "send" function is not available in the menu. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to repair this issue?? Thanks in advance.
aaaurgh! I've had the same problem ever since I switched to a replacement one because my camera broke. NO ONE at AT%T service could figure it out. I've gotten 3 replacements, and since discovered that the Blackberry Service was not properly configured and the default email addresses are completely screwed up.Wish I had a viable solution too.
