I'm going to take this BB back tomrrow becasue I'm having too many problems with it. When I try to open the camera it shows nothing but a black screen and freezed my entire phone. At the end I would have to take out the battery. wiping didn't help at all either.

Now I did notice some threads on the same topic but not replies. Does anyone know the answer to this puzzle. I swear I'm bout to break this damn phone.

Just want to know what to do if this happens to my replacement.

I welcome any advice...desperate!!

I ended up taking it back for a replacement and it's been great.

Sounds like you just had some faulty hardware

wipping the lens with a paper towel fixed the same problem for my 8130.
