I paired my 8310 with a new laptop running Windows 7. My girl's phone, a cheap LG of some kind, paired and will send photos in a snap of a finger. Mine will sit there for 10 minutes and not make it to 50% transferred. I also can't successfully call out on my phone from the computer, but I can on hers. I have searched all over and still can't figure it out. I don't have to install the BB desktop software to do it correctly do I?
