Hello all,
I have a couple of users now who cannot synch contacts when creating them on the handheld. The contact does not synch to the Exchange server. I have checked the settings at the server level but it does not seem to make a difference - i.e. BiDirectional Synch, etc. The handheld also has the setting to synch bidirectional.
Are there any previous posts that I can be directed to that address this issue and how to fix it?
I really need some help with this issue if anyone has seen it. Please please please assist.....
