It might be that you're low on free memory. That can cause messages to be deleted as soon as they arrive, before you ever see them. Check your Options / Status / File Free. If the number you get is less than 12 000 000 bytes, then you need to perform the Memory Optimization Procedure that's linked in my sig. You're low on memory.
