    Howdy!

    First time poster here.

    I just bought 6Gb micro sd (Sandisk) and my BB 8310 only recognized 1.67Gb. My handheld software is 4.2.2.170

    Anyone knows if maybe my software version doesn't support 6Gb?

    Welcome, you have to wait for OS 4.5 to come out in order to use a 6gb microsd card. Right now 4gb is the biggest card that will work in your phone.

    I have an 8320 with 4.2.2.180 on it and just got the 8 gig from shopcrackberry. Under settings media card it shows 7.9 gig. I have less than a gig on it, so don't know if it won't fill up.
