    I can't get this thing to work. My BB accepts it but I can not acess it through my computer. Any ideas, Please Help!!!

    Make sure that the card is formatted, mass storage mode is enabled, and auto enable mass storage mode is enabled.

    I have is allset like you said and I still can's see the drive under my computer.

    Do you have Desktop Manager installed? The card should come up listed as a removable storage drive.

    That's not what I asked. Launch Desktop Manager, then open Media Manager and see if you can browse to it that way from media manager. Not from your BB!

    Do you mean that you can't use the media card when it is removed from the blackberry, or that it doesn't show separately when you attach the bb to your computer (not that it should)?

    If it's the first, you may not have a sdhc compatible card reader.
    If it's the second, unlike some other smart phones the bb more or less shows as une unit when hooked up to the computer. You can drill down to the media card folders (only a couple clicks) once you have it attached in mass storage mode.

    Thanks for all of your help. It was my computer, the card was not compatible. I bought a card reader and loaded the card on my computer then put it in BB and it works.
