Also I had downloaded the pocket express app and its in my application list but not as an icon on my wallpaper

Where have you searched? What did you find?

Look at WetherEye and WeatherBug. Both are free.

when your in the application folder hit the menu button and choose move to folder and put it on your home screen.

I think the op is saying the app is in the app list under options but is not in the app screen.

The app could be hidden or in a folder or if you have a downloads folder could be there.. you can also delete and reinstall and the icon should be in apps if you cannot find it.. One vote for bbweather...

Ditto. I found Pocket Xpress to be mostly useless, and after trying berryweather, weatherbug, BB weather, and weathereye, I settled on weathereye.
