Just want to make sure that the 2 blue arrows on the top right part of the screen mean data usage.. correct? I'm prepaid and out of nowhere i get a message saying my last transaction cost me $.52 .. so I turn data off.. i'm still good to receive texts right?

It isn't always downloading but it is always pinging the server to check things.
