    hi, i am hardly a tech person but i need help with this new model 8350i

    seems as though i have tried everyone at the 800 tech dept at nextel and they are baffled. this new phone cannot download videos is there a software glitch or do i have to wait for the new software out in a week or so? also, it is very difficult to navigate around some of the websites as it locks up on one page and will not let you scroll. could this be the website or is it the phone?

    any help would be appreciated.

    Download video from where? Need to know more about where and what it is exactly you are trying to do.

    Welcome to CrackBerry.

    BlackBerrys work best with certain types of video files. Some do not playback correctly unless they are converted.

    If possible choose a 3GP format. That is common for mobile use.

    The Browser works well with mobile optimized sites, but there are some translation problems with sites that feature unsupported content like Adobe Flash.

    Test it on a know optimized site like Google.
