You might want to put a patent on that design and get with BB on this concept

Thank you for kind receprion. About slider/vs/rotator (and yes, Moto Flipout was one of the inspirations (well, honestly it was Nokia Twist at first but nevertheless)) - rotation mechanism while being fancy and unusual in the crowd (and that was the goal) actually saves lots of precuous space and weight cause proper sliding mechanism with all the springs and rails is heluva complicated stuff, you don't quite to use it in a compact phone (or it will be reasonably thicker). But mostly I chose rotation cause it's cool I hope I've anwered the question. As for "touch-only" concept - if I'd come up with something really interesting and fresh in this area - I'd definitely do a thing (or two, who knows). I'm not quite that "let's combine this screen and that keyboard in PS, write about 4K screen and 16k mAh battery and publish", I'm trying to exercise myself in creating new along with bringing you joy and something to discuss. Cheers!

    Nice work

It looks a bit on the "plasticy" side but is a wonderful concept. This type of device could work very well in the future.

If I'm being honest .. I don't like the phone at all.. but the quality of your design work is excellent. Keep up the good work, I look forward to seeing more from you.

Not my cup of tea. You'll never catch me using a phone that has movable parts. I hate sliders and phones that twist open.

P.S. Graphic Skills are good though.

I love the concept. I would of like to see something that protects the screen a little better. Other than that- great job!

Overall I like the design of the phone. The only drawback I see is making a protective case for it may be more difficult than most phones.

Thank you all very much for every bit of feedback, positive or not, I really appreciate your attention. Answering some questions
    1) Why twist?
    - Because it's controversial enough to support already controversial square shape. This phone is all about difference. And also, as i've stated earlier, twist mechanism holds less space than slider so you'd be able to pack internals tightly. But again, 99% of "out of the pattern" looks.

    2) Protective case.
    - Yes, it would be quite a challenge to make one (well, only option I can see is kind of a "book"). but who would like to cover this titanium+leather+steel+sapphire gem if the whole point of this phone is to be exposed as much as possible?

    3) Looks like Motorola Flipout
    - Yes, it shares the concept. And with Nokia Twist for that matter.

    4) You ARE a designer.
    - Thank you for your feedback. But ironically I'm looking for a job right now

Any way, once again, thank you all for your feedback, it really matters to me.

Over I like it, but I feel the twist action on the one corner provides a single spot of failure. I would prefer this phone to have the "Matrix Phone" action, when you push a button on the side of the phone the keyboard drops down.

I'm totally with this concept and besides it's always nice to have a different idea we saw it with the
    1) BlackBerry Z10, most of the people didn't expect blackberry to release a full touchscreen phone and a whole new O.S and stuff like that.
    2) the design is really amazing, nice concept and I hope BlackBerry might be looking forward to viewing this concept
    3) In a way I feel this might be the new blackberry torch, slide or rotation it goes both ways
    4) again awesome concept and I wish you best of luck in the future

What I would be interested in is a rectangular screen phone with a twisting physical keyboard so in can be used both ways. That would actually be useful.
