Make this in BlackBerry black, same type back as Q10 so no slip grip, I really don't care for tool belt, but understand others love it. Make sure has 4.5 inch screen and that's my next phone!

Enjoy needing to stare at your phone when hanging up calls or just risk not properly ending a call and having someone overhear your conversation when you think the call has ended. And have fun having to navigate back to the call screen if you navigated away from it during the phone call just so you can end that call... Have fun placing the cursor close to the edge of a text box, especially if there's a "x" there to delete all of the contents like login or form fields. I'm done with all of that nonsense, sometimes I get so angry trying to do these things with the touchscreen on my Q10. I cannot wait for the toolbelt to return. If you don't mind those things, then hey, that's your prerogative. I hope they come out with another Q10-like device that fits your liking.
I agree with you but not for your reasons given. I can cut and paste and place a cursor just as well using the touch screen as with a track pad. It just seems to me that having proper phone buttons is a great feature. I would use the track pad as home button as well as a track pad.

I even like the tool belt on the all touch 9850. The tool belt could have been a differentiating factor in the crowded Android market.

In some alternate universe, where BlackBerry is at the top of their game, I know they made this device

Agree with Lincoln. Android phone with toolbelt would be perfect.

Toolbelt is an old paradigm. It has aged out but a floating software toggle would be a nice update. It would appear only if you navigate away from the Phone app. Press it once and smaller buttons appear to mute, end call, hold or conference.

Have you been approached by BlackBerry Mobile (TCL) yet? Now that they're doing all the hardware, you should get hired on by them!

The Macbook-live touchbar is fantastic, I bet we'll see it someday on a BlackBerry qwerty phone, a bar which can either display notifications or the navigation keys!

This is exactly what I am after. I like the Classic 2 name....

But I am all about the Q10 successor!

I wonder if TCL peeps check these forums, the concepts are very cool and I could see them pulling some inspiration from here.
