- Good lists. I'm not one for Android apps but if you do, Taskmaster is a must so you can kill the ones that stay open.

04-25-15 10:49 PMLike 0 - Not necessarily a top 10 list but I wanted to throw my two cents in...
I make frequent use of most built-in apps (Weather, Browser, Contacts, Calendar, the BlackBerry Hub, Calculator, etc) and have shortcuts to the Facebook and Twitter mobile pages added to my home screen for quick access as I prefer having them separate from the rest of my communications. I usually have Weather, Calendar, Calculator, and the Browser as active frames at any given time (although I will occasionally close and restart the Browser to clear up some memory after a heavy browsing session).
The only third party app I have sideloaded on my Classic is Tapatalk for managing forums (I'm typing this message from it right now in fact).
My girlfriend's Q5 however has Pinterest and Sudoku sideloaded onto it and they work jjust as well as they would on any Android device. It's nice to have the best of both worlds when needed.04-25-15 11:35 PMLike 0 -

Mind Games Pro (free Amazon) great to keep the brain active
Alaska Airline (free Blackberry) wonderful if you travel on Alaska Air for check in etc.04-26-15 10:30 AMLike 0 -

Also, any holster profile apps that work with 10.3, yet? (Vibrate in holster, ring out of holster etc) Thanks
Posted via CB1004-27-15 12:31 AMLike 0 - Hi Deli, Yes it is fast and no glitches. You tap the icon and it asks you "start to call 604-500-0000"? I hit ok or cancel. It is instantaneous. Best app ever as I hate the process of going to contacts. And I believe you can make 128 icons for calling. For home, I have a little house icon, and for hubby and my best friend I have their photos. Love it! Wish I could call my dog as her pictures are so cute LOL.04-27-15 10:41 AMLike 0

2. Whatsapp (where I live everyone uses this so it's a must)
3. Fasttube (best youtube client)
4. Evernote (daily, my go to for every single note-taking, reminders, to-do lists, etc.)
5. Adobe Reader (work requires reading PDF)
6. Inst10 (daily)
7. BBM (daily)
8. Banking app - android (I don't think my band cater to BlackBerry users at all. Wish they make an app for BlackBerry World)
9. Telegram (in need of a native app please) - android
10. Video Shrinker (use it daily! I find it silly that I have to shrink some vids in order to send to whatsapp or bbm just cause the file is too big)
Posted via BlackBerry Classic04-28-15 02:00 AMLike 0 - Coffeeaddict did you have to buy an upgrade for Video Shrinker to be able to email or text the video--it seems to imply this when I read about it? I am guessing it would work with Story Maker? How is the quality of the video once it is shrunk? Thanks.04-28-15 10:31 AMLike 0

Posted via CB1005-02-15 09:05 AMLike 0 - Win Phone user who is currently putting a Classic through the paces. Not counting the default apps, my top 10 consists of:
1. OneDrive (Amazon)
2. OneNote (Amazon)
3. Skype (BBW)
4. Feedly (Amazon)
5. Authomator (BBW)
6. Password Keeper (BBW)
7. Duo Mobile (BBW)
8. Cisco AnyConnect (BBW)
9. CutePress (BBW)
10. CB10 (BBW)
My list is void of a few needed apps. I'll be installing Snap soon to see if I can get a functioning Groupme app and BlueJeans client.
I am also trying to hunt down a KeePass app that can read/edit 2.x files, a Windows RDP client that supports NLA, a Drupal management app and a decent sports app for tracking live scores for Premier League/Championship League/MLS teams I follow - using Bing Sports on my Win Phones.
Cheers!
