After some peaks and valleys of buyer's remorse and finally customizing the phone the way I like it the answer is surprisingly yes I would. I was ready to ditch it a few weeks ago and go back to an iphone but now all is well. I do not want to give up the near perfect call quality as well as (big surprise) the keyboard.

I have a cobalt blue classic and if the day ever comes that I need to replace it, I'd get another classic, no question! I'm not a games player and whatsapp does just fine for free overseas messaging.
Using my Cobalt Blue BlackBerry Classic :-)
Not at 399$ from Windmobile

How are you liking the phone so far?? I'm completely on the fence about the Priv.

I bought a Classic yesterday to replace my damaged Passport so the answer is yes. I'm loving the toolbelt but I miss the touch sensative keyboard. I'd love to have both.
I bought sealed classic under 300$. Good for ordinary use. I'm plannin to get a tablet for heavy tasks

I still kinda stand by my review thread I made after 1 week of use. I try to edit/update it as I find things that I can make change for the better/ feel like BB10 more.

I still have the same feelings about Android, although I'm slowly getting into the home automation stuff, I'm letting the little stuff slide here and there.
I still think BB10 is a better OS overall. And I miss it.
That's a good deal, where did you get it from?

Without a doubt. Love the classic. Would only be better if it ran android apps seamlessly

Yes. When I sold my Bold 9900 for the Z10, I was jonsing for the form factor. So, yes until it's not relevant anymore, I will keep using the Classic.

bought a blue one this month now I need a white one. then a bronze one. But seriously, Classic is the best and a backup fullscreen BB10 for webbrowsing when you want more screen.
_______________
the website thing: Typed 'bought a blue' before I saw it wasn't working, eventually it spat out 'boug' before giving up. so cut n pasting again. will stop reporting now, just saying only crackberry does this to me, so I don't think its my phone(s).
Yes I would get another Classic in a heartbeat..... I just really wish
my Text Messages were Two-Tone in Color.....Light Gray font for
my recipient and a Black font for myself .......Heck! I would settle for
the i-Phone "bubbles texts" at this point? .......Just not the Boring
monotone black that I'm enduring now:yawn:..lol,lol
yes I would its a great phone
You know you can change it to light blue, right ?
Posted via CB10
Light blue? Nope, had no idea.... Please, please enlighten me:)
Good one !
Go to hub - settings - text messages and toggle Dark background

I would have bought a blackberry classic as soon as it came out if it was available on sprint. If the Vienna design is a reality, I will gladly buy that, but again only if it's available on sprint.
Absolutely! I've had my Classic for A year now, and mine is one from the early builds dated 12/18/14. It's been an absolute communication workhorse, and it's built like a tank. It's lived a pretty hard life for a phone, but it's protected in a hard shell case and also a glass screen protector.
I've dropped it a number of times, a couple of those drops have been on concrete with no visible damage to either the shell or the screen. It's on me when it's raining, and I've left it out in my vehicle in -25F for a couple hours and it's been no worse for the wear.
