    I've had 3 Q10's, sold 2, all 3 had keyboards that worked fine, so I don't know...

Just saying higher price doesn't always relate to quality, features yes. You can have the best quality on the cheapest peace of crap.

I know, but lower price definitely doesn't... That's my point...

So you're complaining about quality, and demanding a lower cost phone? Ever heard of the saying "you get what you pay for"?

Posted without the aid of AutoCorrect with my physical keyboard via CB10
Boy that one flew right over you head didn't it? If you had ponied up over $700 for a tablet that literally had commercials featuring a UI entirely different from what was available to consumers as well as featuring a Skype app in printed ads where no such app ever materialized, then spend hundreds more on a second device on the news that the PB would be getting BB10, and again, nothing materialized, then I think you too would want a break. I'm not calling for high quality, lower price across the board. I'm saying that BlackBerry can run the serial numbers on my 64GB PlayBricks and realize that I was an early adopter/supporter of a hunk of junk they lied about. This loyal customer isn't risking another costly lie from BlackBerry. Losing a 10+ year customer should be a worrisome thing for a company in their position in the NA market. Not like they're gaining market share with a younger generation. Geez, I can't believe that needed explaining.

    I will buy Q20. Dot.

Pressing is easier than swiping. Also, the mouse will hopefully make screen captures dead easy & disable touch mode.

So what percentage of Q10 owners have the double typing issue?? I've had 3, sold 2, using the third, and none of mine had it.

I've had mine since like October & I do have that issue for my symbol button

Lefty your Q10 looks so sick! If the Q20 wasnt planned I would have definitly done what you did. But thank god it is coming.

I'm very certain that the Q20 will look like the concept below. And to me its perfect

I will never buy another BlackBerry even w/ a keyboard if it looks like this w/ those old call buttons ew

I want the trackpad in the spacebar at the bottom of the phone

My Q10 fits perfectly in my hand & the stroke of the screen is what it is after adapting & the only thing I think that will enhance it is a longer & wider screen & clear lit up trackpad in the spacebar at the bottom of the phone like the keyboard layout sits now

The only thing which would stop me from buying it is if the 3.5" screen has a 1:1 ratio instead of a 4:3 ratio. At 3.5" the phone will become too wide and unwieldy/clumsy to handle not to mention carry in a normal sized pocket. The 4:3 ratio will also facilitate a better video and gaming experience by allowing a landscape view.

This is based on my Q5 which has a screen width of 2.25" which is an optimal width in my opinion.

    My 2 cents on this.

Definitely, I'll purchase a q20 when it's released! My q10 will serve as my backup device (at the moment I have a z10 as a backup device for my wife's z10 and my q10). I enjoy the control the trackpad provides. Plus, Blackberry devices are well built and last long time.

Better bring out your barf bag, as you going to need it when the Classic is released in October/November. It seems like the Classic is Chen's pet project, so I wonder could we expect sometype of limited edition Classic like what happen with Z3.

I might just have to get two Classics, one gsm unlocked, and one carrier specific.

I'm a gadget freak, that has changed phones every 6 months in average last couple of years, but when I bought my Q10 I promised myself, that I'll keep this until it dies or at least 2 years, because I was thinking that I finally has gotten my dream phone:

The perfect combination of full touch screen and physical keyboard.

It's now 9 months ago I bought my Q10 and I'm still really satisfied. I don't need a new phone, but if BlackBerry release these new physical keyboard, then I will have to revise my need :-)
