I know it'll work in metro areas with the LTE, but what about the areas that T-Mobile's deploying LTE on the 1900 MHz band?

    Will the device support that?

I'm wondering because I'm thinking of buying this device in the near future.

yes, the blackberry's on shopblackberry are all GSM banded and T-Mobile is a GSM carrier. So the classic will work on T-Mobile's Network, as well as ATT

The original poster asked a specific question regarding the band compatibility, not sure if your response was detailed enough.

OP I believe the model number and band information is available online check the model number and compare the network bands with your intended carrier to verify network technologies

Well, I'm thinking of buying the one from Amazon since I'm a Prime subscriber. I've heard the BlackBerry Classic on there is the SQC100-4, so it probably would work on T-Mobile.

I am using BlackBerry Classic and BlackBerry Passport on T-Mobile. I get 4GLTE all the time without any issues at all.

Via BlackBerry Classic OS 10.3.1.1450 on Blazing Fast T-Mobile 4GLTE.

OP was asking about T-Mobile's LTE network. Wind doesn't have an LTE network.
