I had this issue and I am not sure if this was the solution. Ii was getting the same issue as well and nothing was fixing it. I tried looking at the WI-FI Logs



(Under wi-fi -> Advanced -> Logs)

And was showing that password was wrong even though it wasn't. Note that I reentered the password several times before. After I saw the log and re-entered the password it connected. I am not sure if its related or not but I am certain I was entering the correct password. Don't know if for any reason the system skips a letter or does something strange.
