    Anyone else getting this? My Classic came from T-Mobile directly.

    I'm running their latest OS release.

    REG99 is typically an E911 error. Does TMO have an E911 address on file? If not or you aren't sure, log in to my.t-mobile.com, click on Profile on the top right and then Line Settings>E911 address.

    My e911 address is correct.

    Stupid question, but have you tried restarting the phone?

    I will try that. Usually the simplest problems solve it, so...I'll be back.

    Edit: a simple reboot fixed it.

    Believe it or not... sometimes you have to re-enter the 911 address.

    Yea. No worries. All I did was a reboot and it fixed it.

    I initially had that problem, too, right after the software update. It went away after another restart and has not come back since, WFC is now very stable. Did not have to activate IPV6 in WiFi settings.

    Unlocked Z30, update installed via Sachesi.

    I was also having this problem on my BlackBerry sourced Classic (running 10.3.2.2514).
    Enabling IPv6 fixed the problem.

    REG99 is typically an E911 error.
    REG09 = E911 address issue
    REG99 = DNS/network/service error

    Interesting. I activated IPv6 and it knocked out WFC. Soon as I disable, WFC came back.

    How much time did you give it? Did you try a reboot? Any changes to the network profile will cause a connection reset and could take a few minutes to reconnect to IMS.

    Actually it was activated for a few hours before I suddenly began getting erratic WFC behavior. App would say "ready for calls" and phone icon was lit. But it would not work. I could receive text, but nothing would go out. Let it sit for about an hour and when no change, disabled IPv6 and it immediately started working.

    I have to have IPv6 enabled for my unlocked Blue shopBB Classic or the WFC will not activate and remains stagnant with an 'enabling' status or it gives me the error code REG99... If I enable IPv6, no issues, but if I unclick my WFC will not activate. Enabled IPv6 once more and that did the trick...

    My black T-Mobile issued Classic has not had to have IPv6 enabled and has not yet thrown an error... I suppose it's trial and error, device to device...

    Good to know, thanks. The issue might be how your individual router is handling traffic over IPv6. When you have some down time, you might try enabling IPv6 on your Z10 and disabling IPv4 on your router if available to force all traffic to use v6 addressing. It would be interesting to see if IPv6 is completely broken for you or if there's an address protocol conflict with both types enabled.

    Will give it a try, but as is WFC works on both my Z10 and wife's Classic. Would have to get her phone in the loop.
