    Not sure what happened (possibly from being dropped) my Classic has stopped making any noise. Won't ring, no notifications, no sound on videos etc. Can this be fixed?

    seems to be hardware damage u cn try BBVE from BB world and performs test to see if works , not then take to service center

    I have been on so many forums but followed your advice went to Blackberry World and downloaded BB Virtual Expert and it worked a treat. Ran all 36 tests and it has sorted the problem. Easy to use and follow. Many thanks
