[Blackberry App Help]

After reading emails on my phone all day, I go log onto my computer and it shows those same emails I have already seen on my phone as not read in my Gmail and Aol accounts. Vice Versa when I read them online and then go to my phone, notification is still there. Is this just a Blackberry (Classic) issue and there is nothing I can do? Not the end of the world but would be nice. Thanks for the help

I don't know, I use Outlook and it seems to sync just fine, not sure if your case is because there is something wrong with the phone or that it doesn't sync with gmail as well or something...

Yes, and same for my work accounts. My phone thinks there's like 500 unread messages but it should be more like 20. Even hours later. All accounts are imap.

Is your gmail set up as pop3 or imap? It has to be on imap for two-way sync.

I haven't personally experienced this issue on either of the devices that we have here (a Classic and a Q5), however another user has posted something similar recently: http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...sport-1014805/

Which software release do you have on your device? You can find this out by navigating to Settings > About.

Its actually now working... Weird, didn't work for the first week but almost as if the phone adapted and figured it out. Thanks again for the help everyone
