Why is my Classic not detecting SIM?
Hola,
For the past two or three months, my Blackberry Classic has been crashing and automatically locking itself on its own (while I'm making phone calls, on the internet or apps, when composing messages or email, or when its simply on standby mode in my pocket or on the desk). Once I unlock it, the device indicates that the phone cannot detect the SIM and I must either wait for it to fix itself on its own, or restart the phone completely. Its extremely annoying and I'll loose service for hours before I realize what has happened (then I'm inundated with notifications of text messages and/or calls that come in at the same time). Does anyone know what's going on (or is anyone experiencing anything similar?). I've used the SIM card ejection tool to remove the card and tried cleaning it to remove possible dust build up, but it hasn't stopped the problem from occurring.
On another unrelated note: for some reason YouTube won't continue playing videos once I minimize to switch to the HUB or when I lock the device like it used to. Does anyone have any idea why?
Thanks in advance!
