Start by looking at your device monitor. Check current CPU, and battery.
Also had this problem, tried to wipe it. Took forever then booted in a error. Ask conite for latest auto loader for Z30. Since I have 10.3.3.3057 installed, its much better

Very simple: charge up to 50 per cent or so, switch it off , relax and just drink a cup of hot coffee, restart... 100 percent appears! I can use it for a day before I leave office after a day work. This is called classic battery for my personal encounter. Anyone here experience it ! Enjoy your day admiring it
