So little information here to help you out

I haven't done anything different with the phone. It has a full charge in the morning but then withouot any or little use, it's down to 75% in a matter of hours. I don'tuse apps as a rule. Talk and text and that's about it.

It's drained after 8 hours of very limited use. Just talk and text.

No. I am not on the Android platform. The classic is on BB. No new anything. Just a power drain for no apparent reason.

IT just says PIM service at 7% and System at 6%. Then scattered downward from there. It's like the resting state is eating battery.

Same here except I found the culprit for me. It was twitter using 35% of my battery. By the end of my day I was at like 30%. I closed twitter n my end my day back to normal, anywhere between 60 n 40%

So I just keep twitter closed now. App starts to lag really bad now

Thanks. On my own accord I restarted the phone and charged it. THen let it sit. Not as emperical as your answer but on the same track. Thanks.
