    Has the latest OS version. Battery charged. It no longer wakes up when moved. No longer shows main screen/ password screen when pressing the power button. Delays at least 10 seconds to respond to a command, such as opening an app or going into settings. Started yesterday June 22 ‘20. Very frustrating... phone is basically a useless this way. Could it be related to the last OS version? Nothing else has been or has changed. I have backed up and reloaded to no luck/ change or improvement. Any advise?

    Many times. Restart via power button hold for seconds, as well by pressing alt/ right arrow up/delete. No improvement/ no change.

    Yes, I may have to do that after all. I have to say...this is not as reliable and steady as another phone (name unmentioned) that we migrated to form BB's. I may end up just pulling the pin altogether and go play in a different sandbox. Thanks for the suggestion, though.

    No sir, BSVR is not active, though it is set to be so at 15% batt life. If I toggle off, makes no difference. This response took 5 attempts and over 20 mins to post. I think I'm done with this P O phone.

    Not sure I ever went six months without a clean install of the OS.... and it always made the phone buttery smooth.

    I think it would solve your issue.... unless you really just want to move on (I get that).
