I dropped my blackberry classic and the loudspeaker stopped working. So no speakerphone and no media would play. I had it fixed and now the phone heats up whenever I listen to media or use the speakerphone. The company who fixed my phone said one has nothing to do with the other. Is that true? Help

It's possible that some other circuit or hardware was damaged with your drop but I believe it's more likely that the repair is what is causing your short...take it back and have them correct it...for free.
