    I have no speaker for phone or videos or ringtone nothing. Can still hear when on Bluetooth or talking. Any thoughts? I really don't want to send my phone in. It us still under warranty though....leah

    This happened to mine right after I installed the update. I reset it twice and ran the BBVE. It fixed it immediately. You might try this...
