    I'm trying to backup my Classic, and it's been a long time since I have. I open my BB Link software on my laptop, connect my Classic via USB and then in my phone tab on my desktop, I click backup (quick backup), and nothing happens (other than I can't keep clicking the backup button). I don't get a spinning wheel, I don't get any image on the screen of my Classic...nothing. The link software shows that it's connected to my phone, so I have no idea what's going on here. I was so used to having BB Protect backup my 9900, I rarely if ever plug my Classic into my computer. Anyway, I sorely need a backup, and I don't know what to do. Any thoughts?
