    When I want to take a picture, the camera doesn�t focus. For example, when I take a picture of my keyboard or a text, you can�t read it. Even QR-codes can�t be scanned. I have the latest software update.

    Hold the shutter button until it focuses on the subject, then release it to take the picture.

    Make sure the plastic film is not still on the lens. After that, you're looking at a hardware issue.
